Please note that the German Parcel Post (DHL) is asking for a Energy Surchgarge because of increased energy cost. The surcharge will be added during check out process and applies for the following
countries:
Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, NewZealand, Brazil, Chile, USA, China, Hongkong, Canada, Russia, Israel, Georgia, Turky, Mexico, Kazachstan, Malaysia, Thailand, Macau, Argentinia, Paraguay, Peru, Saudi Arabia, India, Vietnam, Philipines, Indonesia, Guam, Puerto Rico.

Shipping cost within Germany is a flat rate of 5.60 Euro independent of the weight of the package.
For all other countries, the shipping cost will be calculated based on the total weight of the package. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process as well as the cost for packaging.

For packages delivered within Germany and within the EU, insurance is included in the shipping rate and covers the total value of the package.

For packages delivered outside the EU an additional insurance cost between 4 Euro and 8 Euro (depending on the total value of the package) will be added to cover the total value of the package.

The regular process time for orders until being shipped is between 1 and 3 working days from the day after receipt of the order or the day after receipt of the advance payment

The transit time for the delivery by DHL for packages shipped within Germany is normally between 3 and 4 working days.

The transit time for the delivery for packages shipped within the EU is normally between 7 and 11 working days. 

The transit time for the delivery for packages shipped outside the EU countries is normally between 2 and 5 weeks.

Please be informed that for deliveries in countries, which are not part of the European Union, additional cost for customs and import taxes will be charged by the postal service of the recipients country, which are not included in the shipping cost and need to be paid by the customer.
